The Nashville songwriter's new LP pushes the envelope, blurring the lines of indie rock, folk, and Americana. Continuing her work with producer David Beeman, the two pulled inspiration from dystopian doo-wop, the echoes of Laurel Canyon, and the atmospheric synth tones and driving guitars of early 90's indie rock. The follow up to 2019's "Fragile Heart" EP redefines the songwriter's style and career, further separating her from her classic country roots, and elevating her creativity to new sonic heights. All the while keeping step with her deep=cutting lyrical content; tackling the hard topics of religion, death, and family through her signature powerful vocal prowess and performance.
